As the debt ceiling crisis looms closer, and today marks the day that the Consumer Watchdog committe officially kicks off today, it is sometimes useful to reflect upon how we got here.
An NPR program I heard in Oct of 2008, made it easily understandable, and today I discovered the apparently original program which gives even more detail.
It's truly a must hear.
