OK, I figured out how to add the email gadget. So now I would like to ask all of my relatives, friends, Lutherans, Catholics, internet pals, flying friends, and anyone else who demands justice. In my case against bigger financial forces of greed and excess. Namely Chase and Ocwen. New Co spelled backwards
If you add your email address it will, I presume, send you email when I update the blog, which will be infrequent.
If you do add your address, however, it will represent one more vote against the behemoth banking industry and for our American way of having courts resolve disputes.
So far, the banks have won, and the court doesn't want to hear about it !
Please subscribe, I am hoping and praying that with enough of a following, I will engage some media attention - newspaper, magazine, TV, Internet - which would force the court to follow the law. So far, it hasn't wanted to hear my complaint against these banks, and I don't understand why.

Considering Mediation
The 9th Circuit has a mediation program. I would have to find an attorney, because pro-se litigants can not participate in the program. I have to decide fairly quickly. Hmmm

My Appeal docketed by the Court of Appeals
June 20, 2011 - I received electronic notice today, and a phone call from a clerk in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Pasadena, wanting to verify that I was Gary L. Ozenne, since they had that on file for electronic noticing, and I signed this appeal without my middle initial. Let's hope the Judges that decide my case give it that kind of scrutiny.
I will scan and post the notice tomorrow.

Waiting for confirmation from BAP
I mailed the notice of appeal with a signature required. Tomorrow is the 30th from May 20th 2011, so I expect confirmation (green card) in Monday's mail.
Invasion of the Banksters from Wall Street
Instead of "Invaders from Mars" it seemed like the invaders were from Wall Street.
It seemed like it was 1953, now it was the invasion of Banksters from Wall Street, and the courts and judicial system seemed uninterested in bringing the invaders to justice.

Since my unlawful eviction due to these violations of law, I have petitioned the court three time to grant my hearing, and each time the court responds that it "lacks jurisdiction". Two complete trips to the United States Supreme Court has failed to gain my due-process right to hearing.
Now, with the denial of this latest petition, I launched a new site www.banksters.us and I have restarted this blog; www.pro-se-justice.blogspot.com I have written to the media, the press, and my politicians, all with no luck.
I feel like if I can get some media attention on my case,it will draw attention and compel the Judges to follow the law. That is my hope, at least. So for now, I am asking all my friends, family, and anyone concerned with justice against these Wall Street banksters !
If I get enough subscribers, perhaps I can obtain the media attention I am seeking, and the hearing to determine the facts and apply the law.

Full Moon - Launch - June 15, 2011
On this warm day in Southern California we launch a new web site:
I started this site to document my legal struggle to obtain a courtroom hearing to confront the Wall Street bankers and their perfidious service agents; BANKSTERS !
For ten years I have fought in the court and appeals systems to gain that hearing with no luck.
Posting all of the pleadings and decisions in my case to the public is the purpose of this site.
I got screwed by Ameriquest, and then Ocwen, Chase was the owner of the paper.

New Challenges
When I discovered a published opinion by the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellant Panel,or BAP, that decided that bankruptcy courts retained jurisdiction to hear complaints of bankruptcy violations that occurred while the case was active. In re Nathan Johnson 7-7-2006. Another decision, Salter, decided that the BAP has the authority to issue extraordinary relief such as writs of mandamus or mandate.
A petition asking the court to order a trial or hearing submitted on May 2, 2011 was quickly denied on May 20, 2011. One difference in the make up of the seven judge BAP panel from the BAP that decided the above decisions, and the reversal of Judge Jury on the same point of law, 11 USC 362 in a 2004 case when I suffered from the same type of violation See In re Gary Ozenne
I must gain media attention to get my hearing or trial, so I started www.banksters.us to document my long struggle to receive justice against this Wall Street giant.
