My Appeal docketed by the Court of Appeals

June 20, 2011 - I received electronic notice today, and a phone call from a clerk in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Pasadena, wanting to verify that I was Gary L. Ozenne, since they had that on file for electronic noticing, and I signed this appeal without my middle initial. Let's hope the Judges that decide my case give it that kind of scrutiny.

I will scan and post the notice tomorrow.
