For reasons that are unclear, Chase Manhattan Bank, and their service agent, Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, have failed to file a response to my informal appellants opening brief.
The court had ordered my brief to be filed by January 5, 2012, and the defendant banks were to file their response by February 6, 2012. As of today, February 10, 2012, this has not happened. If and when the banks files a response, I have fourteen days to respond in an optional reply.
More information will be posted as it is learned.
