I have tried for a decade to resolve my dispute with the Bank. Chase Manhattan blames Ocwen, who was the service agent, however, I don't think Ocwen hired Chase.

Unfortunately I did not make it into court, and am still trying for my day in court, to make my claim, and present the truth. The bankruptcy court insists that it lacks jurisdiction to hear my complaint, in spite of the fact it was a violation of federal bankruptcy law that caused the loss of my home.

Its now in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, 11-60039, Ozenne v Chase Manhattan et. al.
