As the debt ceiling crisis looms closer, and today marks the day that the Consumer Watchdog committe officially kicks off today, it is sometimes useful to reflect upon how we got here.
An NPR program I heard in Oct of 2008, made it easily understandable, and today I discovered the apparently original program which gives even more detail.
It's truly a must hear.
We wish Elizabeth Warren all the best wishes as she takes on the difficult job, of keeping the bankers legal, and trying to give the consumer a level playing field. I wish her the best. A true American patriot.
